South American Success!

Hey everybody! Thank you to all who came to our most recent Global Fieldtrip Night, Stunning South America. It was a great time and we really enjoyed sharing all of our photos and stories from our time in Ecuador, the Galápagos Islands (Santa Cruz and Isabela), and Peru.

End of our Global Fieldtrip night!

Our night featured many delicious South American dishes such as moti (a type of big corn with eggs), arroz con pollo (chicken and rice), ceviche, empanadas, lomo saltado (beef with French fries), and many others!
