Italy’s Yummiest Food….

While in Italy, my favourite food to eat was pasta. I wanted to cook my own that would be delicious, easy, and Italian! This recipe is for spaghetti bolognais, which I loved making and eating.

Ingredients

Spaghetti

Ground meat

2 chopped peppers

2 cans of diced tomatoes

2 cloves of garlic

1 onions

 

1. Put the chopped peppers, garlic, and onions in a pot on the stove. Start boiling water for the spaghetti.

2. Sauté the vegetables until the onions are translucent.

3. Add the meat mixture to the vegetables and continue to mix until it is brown.

4. Put the spaghetti into the pot of boiling water.

5. Pour the tomatoes into the meat and vegetables and reduce the heat.

6. Let the pot simmer.

6. When the spaghetti is al dente, pour it into a strainer to drain.

7. Ladle the sauce over the bowl of the pasta.

8. Eat!

      Are you having beef stew for lunch? 🙂 This is a recipe I have made a couple of times before, so this was pretty familliar.

  2. Love the way you set the ‘before’ picture up! I have never used peppers before in my sauce and will try it tomorrow!
    Your parents are lucky that you enjoy cooking! And in Italy there is so much yummy stuff to learn to cook…and eat!

      I have really enjoyed the foods in Italy; they are all so delicious! I am excited to try making food from other countries because I think it will definitly add to my repetoire of meals I can cook.

      We are all great and are having an amazing time! I think so far I’ve eaten different types of food every couple of weeks. Making the spaghetti was fun and good to eat. 🙂

      Pasta is one of my favourite foods too! 🙂 My parents have been making this recipe for a while and I love it, so I’m glad I am able to share the recipe with others as well!
